Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lcs-cyber.com and any related pages, forms and content (the "Site"), operated by LCS, registered in Keren Kayemet Le-Israel 19, Kiryat Bialik, Israel,  ("LCS", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
‍
Separate agreements. Our professional services (including penetration testing, consulting and vCISO services) and our CISO Management Platform are provided under a separate signed agreement, statement of work or subscription agreement. If there is a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms. Nothing on the Site authorises any security testing; testing is performed only under a written, signed engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

2. Using the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes.
‍
Accounts. If you create an account (for example, for a demo or customer portal), you must give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use multi-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly at [security@lcs-cyber.com] if you suspect unauthorised access.
‍
Acceptable use. You must not:

  • Probe, scan, test or attempt to breach the security of the Site or our systems, except under our responsible disclosure process below.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by denial-of-service, malware or excessive automated requests.
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest content or data, other than by standard search-engine indexing.
  • Impersonate anyone, submit false information or use the Site to send spam.
  • Copy, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Site, except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Site in breach of any law, including export control and sanctions laws.

Responsible disclosure. If you find a vulnerability in the Site, please report it to pablo@lcs-cyber.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access, modify or delete data that isn't yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

3. Intellectual property and content

Our content. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, reports, whitepapers, software and the LCS name and marks, belong to LCS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your internal use only. You may not modify, republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
‍
Your submissions. You keep ownership of information you send us through forms or email. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential or classified information through the Site; use the secure channels agreed in your engagement.
‍
Feedback. If you give us ideas or suggestions about our Site, services or platform, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
‍
Informational content only. Blog posts, advisories and other materials on the Site are general information. They are not professional security, legal or compliance advice for your organisation.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Disclaimer. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
‍
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. LCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
  2. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Site in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct. Liability under a separate service or subscription agreement is governed by that agreement.

5. Indemnity, third-party links and termination

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify LCS and its officers, employees and contractors against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
‍
Third-party links and services. The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools (such as scheduling, video or analytics providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
‍
Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Site or any account at any time if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Site, our customers or others. Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 survive termination.
‍
Changes to the Site. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

6. Governing law, disputes and general terms

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that LCS may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
‍
Your local rights. If you use the Site as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections you have under the laws of your country of residence. This includes consumer protection laws in the EU and UK, the United States, Canada, Latin America and India. Where those laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, you keep that right.
‍
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
‍
General. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
