Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

LCS believes everyone should be able to use lcs-cyber.com (the "Site") independently and with dignity, including people with disabilities. We have made the Site accessible in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Conformance level. The Site is designed to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA. We also aim to meet WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 level AA.

2. Accessibility adjustments on the Site

• Keyboard navigation: all menus, links, buttons and forms can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Screen reader support: semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, ARIA labels where needed, and page titles that describe each page.
• Images and media: meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Videos have captions [and transcripts], and nothing plays automatically with sound.
• Readability: text and background colours meet AA contrast ratios, information is never conveyed by colour alone, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
• Responsive layout: the Site adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop screens and supports both orientations.
• Forms: every field has a clear label, required fields are marked, and errors are explained in text.
• Stable content: no flashing content, and any moving or auto-updating content can be paused.
• Language: the page language is set so assistive technologies read content correctly, including Hebrew right-to-left pages.

3. Known limitations and alternatives

We work to make every part of the Site accessible, but some content may not yet be fully accessible:

1. Third-party components: embedded tools such as scheduling widget, video player, chat and more are provided by third parties, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. Contact us and we will provide the same service another way, such as booking by email or phone.
2. Older documents: some PDF files published before [date] may not be fully accessible. We will send an accessible version on request.
3. Product demo videos: screen recordings of the CISO Management Platform show on-screen interface details. Captions and audio description / text transcripts are available on request.

4. Accessibility of our offices

LCS does not operate a service location open to the public. Meetings are held at clients' premises or online, and we will make reasonable adjustments on request, such as captioned video calls or accessible documents.
