LCS was founded in 2023 by Pablo Libedinsky, after more than two decades in cybersecurity leadership. His career spans the public and private sectors: from helping design and implement Israel's first National CERT under the Prime Minister's Office, to representing the Israel National Cyber Directorate in Washington, D.C., in cooperation with the Inter-American Development Bank, supporting Latin American governments in building their cyber capabilities.
Today, LCS brings that same national-level expertise to organizations of every size, as a trusted partner for CISO leadership, compliance, and security strategy across Israel, the Americas and Europe.
